I was shipped the wrong product. I bought a U11 w/Android 16 and was shipped a U11 w/Android 15. I was offered a minimum discount but the offer is insufficient. We are still discussing the probkem.

Worth the money and learning curve.
It's taking some getting used to, but it's worth it. After my old Samsung note Ultra20 got broken, I found that Samsung stopped making truly stand out phones. Opting to make crappy iPhone clones. The Doogee S200 Ultra is a rugged version of my old phone and I am super happy with it.
