Thanks for shopping at DOOGEE. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
Order Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch with our customer service team.
1. If you contact us before the item ships:
Since most orders ship the same day, kindly email us at sale@doogee.com. There will be no cancellation fees for standard items canceled before they are shipped.
2. If you contact us after the item ships:
In such cases, you will need to bear the shipping fee if the package is already shipped (subject to our system status, not the order status). And we will charge a 5% transaction fee. (We cannot intercept the shipped goods, and the items will be returned and refunded after they arrive and are signed for.) The product must be damage-free, packed in the original packaging we sent to you, and returned with the original receipt of purchase. We will process your refund after receiving the package.
30-day Risk-free Return Policy:
1. Within 30 days of receiving the product, if there are any quality issues not caused by human error, including damage, defects, missing or under-delivery, we will provide free replacement or exchange.
2. For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, and an additional 5% transaction fee will be charged. These include personal dislike, network frequency incompatibility, or the phone being too heavy. (Additional customs duties apply to shipments outside the EU. Please contact your local customs office for details.)
1-year Warranty:
All products purchased on the DOOGEE official website enjoy peace of mind and confidence with our 1-year warranty, backed by lifetime technical support.
What is in warranty?
For products that become defective during the warranty period due to a quality issue, rather than your own breakage or misuse, we can accept a free return, provide free repair service, or issue a new replacement.
What is outside warranty?
1. Damage caused by human factors, natural disasters, and other external reasons
2. Damage caused by failure to use, abuse, or misuse in accordance with the product instructions
3. Changes or modifications to any part of the product
How to Return a Product?
If you would like to return a product, please follow these guidelines:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team before returning a product. We will respond with return instructions within 24 hours.

Step 2: Prepare the package after receiving confirmation from the customer service team, and please note the following requirements:
1. Include the order number in the package. You can print out the order detail page or leave a note inside the package.
2. Ensure the package contains the original receipt of purchase.
3. Return the product in the original packaging we provided.
4. The product must be damage-free (this does not apply to defective products, as damage will void the refund).
Step 3: Contact our customer service and provide your return tracking number. We will track the package and process your refund within 5 working days after receiving and inspecting the package.
How to Repair a Product?
If you would like to repair a product, please follow these guidelines:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team before repairing a product. We will respond with repair instructions within 24 hours.

Step 2: Please send the product to be repaired to the specified address. Pack the package and include the order information. You can print out the order detail page or leave a note inside the package.
Step 3: The repair time is approximately 14-45 days. Please consult our customer service team for the specific progress.
Step 4: After the repair is completed, we will email you to arrange for the return of the product.
